As CEO, I start 2021 with a lot of uncertainty, just like everyone else. I had to figure out how to maintain my team and keep the company together. That was my mistake. Despite everything, the team worked with me to keep the lights on. It was never about me; it was always about us.
As CEO and founder, I took it all on my own shoulders for far too long. I didn't realize how much support all of us gave each other, in both big and small ways. We have cried on each other's shoulders and we have fought for each other's happiness. As a result, I realized that we have built something special together. Even over the course of arguments, fights, and disagreements, we stood shoulder to shoulder against a storm, and never gave up on each other.
We hope that those of you who choose to work with us or interact with us can be assured that after you walk through our doors you will be meeting men with vision, women with talent, and individuals with passion.
Gathering here from dusk to dawn, we shape the world around us, creating opportunities for ourselves. We walk the rocky road and face unknown dangers so we can be able to see things others cannot. Ultimately, what is important is not the quantity, but the quality of the hours we put in to reach the dreams, visions and goals we have set for ourselves. With the strength of our courage and confidence, we will extinguish our fears and doubts.
Dandelions is much stronger today and a lot more resilient than at the beginning of 2021. We are also ending the year strong and looking forward to a very positive start to 2022.
We enter 2022 with a team we trust and with loved ones who support us! We can’t wait for 2022 to start. Dandelions is ready to soar, watch how we fly!
